Our services are designed to build financial clarity, capacity, and calm—particularly for women, immigrants, families, and entrepreneurs.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended primarly for individuals 18 years of age or older. Some of our services are designed for youth, including secondary school students. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to access our services, participate in programs, or share any personal information. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Services and Content
Prosperities Inc. offers educational content and personalized guidance and navigation. We do not offer licensed financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions, and we strongly encourage you to seek licensed professionals for regulated services.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking for all coaching sessions, workshops, and paid courses. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund or credit. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials—videos, tools, visuals, written content, frameworks, and course content—are the intellectual property of Prosperities Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without express permission.
6. Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time. We aim to communicate changes clearly, but you agree that continued use implies acceptance of updates.
7. Suspension and Termination
